Amazing Travels Inc operates as an independent travel agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any airline, airport, government agency, or other travel provider. We act as an intermediary to assist customers in identifying and booking travel options offered by third-party airlines and travel providers.

Airline names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Amazing Travels Inc provides the following services:

• Flight booking assistance and reservations
• Travel itinerary consultation
• Customer support for booking modifications and cancellations
• Information about flight options, schedules, and fares

We do not provide travel insurance, visa services, or hotel and car rental bookings unless explicitly stated.

All bookings are subject to availability and airline confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Amazing Travels Inc with a booking reference number.

Fares displayed on our website are estimates and may change until the booking is confirmed and ticketed. Final fares, including all applicable taxes, fees, and service charges, will be presented before you authorize payment.

Payment is processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant systems. By providing payment information, you authorize Amazing Travels Inc to charge the confirmed amount to your payment method.

Amazing Travels Inc charges service fees for booking assistance. These fees are separate from airline fares and are non-refundable. Service fee amounts are disclosed before you complete your booking. Please refer to our Service Fees page for current fee schedules.

All cancellations and changes to bookings are subject to the airline's fare rules and policies. Airline fees for changes or cancellations are in addition to any service fees charged by Amazing Travels Inc.

To request a cancellation or change, you must contact our customer support team at (888) 651-9845 or info@amazingtravelsinc.com.

Refund eligibility is determined by the airline's fare rules. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all passenger names match government-issued identification exactly as they appear on the booking
• Obtaining all required travel documents including passports, visas, and entry permits
• Checking in with the airline by the required time
• Complying with all airline policies regarding baggage, conduct, and safety
• Verifying flight schedules for any changes prior to travel

Amazing Travels Inc acts as an agent for airlines and travel providers. We are not responsible for and have no control over the acts, omissions, failures, negligence, or misconduct of any airline, airport, government, or other travel service provider.

In no event shall Amazing Travels Inc be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you to Amazing Travels Inc for the specific booking in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazing Travels Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
