Amazing Travels Inc is an independent travel agency. In addition to the airline fare, taxes, and carrier fees, we charge a service fee to compensate our travel agents for their expertise, time, and the booking assistance they provide.
These fees cover:

- Flight research and fare comparison across multiple airlines
- Secure payment processing
- Post-booking support and documentation
- 24/7 customer service availability
Service Fee Schedule
The following fees apply to bookings made through Amazing Travels Inc. Exact fees within each range depend on the complexity of the booking, the number of passengers, and other factors. The specific fee will always be disclosed before payment.

When Are Fees Charged?
Service fees are charged at the time of booking confirmation. You will see the fee itemized separately on your booking summary before you authorize payment. We will never charge a service fee without your explicit knowledge and consent.
Refundability of Service Fees
Amazing Travels Inc service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. This includes cases where:
- You voluntarily cancel your booking
- The airline cancels or significantly changes your flight
- You miss your flight or are unable to travel

Waiver of Service Fees
In exceptional circumstances, Amazing Travels Inc may waive or reduce service fees at our discretion. This may apply when:
- A rebooking is required due to an airline-initiated cancellation
- A name correction is required due to an error made by our agents

Frequently Asked Questions
Are airline fees included in the service fee?
No. Airline fees such as change fees, cancellation fees, and baggage fees are charged by the airline and are separate from our service fees.
Is there a fee to get a price quote?
No. Contacting us for a price quote or flight information is completely free. You only pay a service fee when you confirm a booking.
Can I book online without a service fee?
Our online booking process may include service fees to cover agent support and secure processing. The exact fee will be disclosed before checkout.
What if I need to call multiple times for the same booking?
Follow-up calls for the same booking are not charged additional service fees. We are here to help at no additional cost once your booking is confirmed.
